I invited a user to my dashboard and when they get the email, they click the link and it takes them to the uptimemonster.com/pricing page. How do they accept the invite so they’re able to sign in and access our dashboard?

Invited user just need to activate the starter plan through the invitations link. It will add the user as your team member.
