What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
When you are submitting a contact form to use our business department keeps it for further communication which may require us to communicate with you or for project purposes. We don’t spam so the data you are submitting from all of our contact forms is safe and secure. We are not sharing this data with any 3rd party vendor. We are keeping this data only to get back to you.
When you are buying something from our website then at checkout time the information you are giving at the checkout form is being stored by our platform so next time you don’t need to put shipping/billing details. Also, we can use the data to send you an invoice and if there are any physical goods we can deliver them to your address. We are not storing any payment-related data so the payment information you are giving to checkout is being processed by our payment vendor PayPal or Stripe. We are not sharing our client data with any 3rd party so your data is secure and safe for us. If you contact our technical support through a support ticket or contact us page then we may process other data required to help you with any queries or support matters, such as login and password to your site admin area, FTP access, data collected in crash logs that are gathered by your CMS or the technical parameters of the server you use. Such information is only collected from you only if you voluntarily submit it to us. In case you do not agree to provide us with the above-mentioned data, then your support or service may serve in a limited format, or sometimes we are unable to serve you.
