We strive to make our customers satisfied with the products they’ve purchased from us. If you’re having trouble with our products or believe it is defective, and/or you’re feeling frustrated, then please submit a forum post to report about your problem so our dedicated customer happiness team can take care of your issues and if it’s really a problem they will generate an easy refund. We will request from you a link and/or a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our support service.
The refund policy is valid for 14 days from its payment date. Any request that comes after 14 days will not be valid for a refund request.
No refunds will be offered for our product except if the product you have purchased is:
- Not given what you have paid for.
- Did not follow any of your given instructions.
- Problems happen at your side.
- The account manager is not responsive and your problem still exists after being reported for 7 days.
- You have paid but no one communicated with you to start the service in 76 hours.
- You’ve posted a support post on the forum but you didn’t get any response in 48h (business days only).
– then you do have the option to request a refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
- You bought a product by mistake.
- The service was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account which he/she had legal access to.
- You refused to provide our support staff access or you have removed access from your site so our staff can’t check if you are really facing any issues.
- It has expired more than 14 days after purchase and you even didn’t add at least one post on our forum with a real issue.
- We don’t offer any refund for any product that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.
- No refund will be offered for any product (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.
- Renewals or upgrades will not be eligible for a refund.
We offer a full or partial refund within 14 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case, We have the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see it reasonable.
Please also note that:
- You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
- If you get a refund (from PayPal) any of your active services will be downgraded/stopped and we will not be responsible for that. Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
