How can company members set up notification emails?

I originally wanted to reply to the previous message, but there doesn’t seem to be any information appearing after replying.

I would like to ask how to set up notification emails for the company members?

Or can only the email in the company profile be used for notifications?

You can set up notification for company member through Escalation policy. Please follow the guide :

You can aslo set individual notifications or each monitor from the Contact tab of that monitor.
