Retention Duration: Data for the server monitoring module in UptimeMonster is retained for a period of 30 days.
Types of Data Collected
UptimeMonster collects and stores several types of data related to your server’s performance and availability. This includes:
- Uptime and Downtime Logs: Records of your server’s operational status, indicating periods when it is up or down.
- Performance Metrics: Detailed data on CPU usage, memory consumption, disk usage, network throughput, and other critical performance indicators.
- Incident Reports: Documentation of any issues or failures experienced by your server.
- Alert History: Logs of alerts and notifications sent regarding server performance or downtime.
Data Storage and Access
- Storage Location: Data is securely stored in our robust cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Access and Retrieval: You can access your server’s performance data through the UptimeMonster dashboard at any time within the retention period. The data is available for viewing, and analysis.
Data Deletion and Management
- Automatic Deletion: After 30 days, server data is automatically deleted as part of our regular maintenance processes. This helps maintain system performance and data security.
- User-initiated Deletion: You can manually delete data before the end of the 30 days if you no longer require it. For manual deletion please contact [email protected]
